The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, multi-unit business.\nKey Responsibilities Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to provide insights to leadership and the board of directors\nAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for senior management and the Board\nPartner closely with various departments to understand financial impacts and ensure alignment with corporate goals\nPerform detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast\nDevelop KPI dashboards to track business performance against targets\nCreate and maintain studio-level P&L analysis\nSupport strategic decision-making by providing data-driven analysis; prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports as needed\nRequirements Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)\nExperience with NetSuite accounting software or a comparable system\nPowerPoint expertise for executive presentations\nProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)\nSQL knowledge preferred for data analysis\nSoft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nA proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement\nExperience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related role\nCompensation and Benefits Compensation range: $85,522 - $97,282 per year, based on experience\nBonus eligibility based on performance\nMonthly cell phone stipend\n401(k) with employer match\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid parental leave and parental pay benefits\nFree telehealth services\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPre-tax commuter benefits\nFlexible PTO\nFree drop-in classes at [solidcore]\nAnd more!\n[solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with 100+ studios across the country.
