A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for shareholder value creation and recommend practical approaches Lead strategic projects and initiatives across various business areas, including growth and organizational restructuring Contribute to corporate development projects, including acquisitions and partnerships, and ensure organizational alignment on strategic initiatives Required Qualifications Experience in a leading strategic consulting firm at the engagement manager/project leader level Proven strategic thinker with experience in growth, go-to-market, product, and innovation strategy Understanding of projects in financial services, information services, and/or software sectors BS degree preferred in business administration, marketing, economics, or an analysis-based discipline Distinctive ownership over outcomes and an entrepreneurial mindset in identifying new opportunities
