If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.\n\nThe achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nStudy engineering drawing and identify CTQ features.\nEstimate the efforts required for programming each part.\nDevelop machining method with conceptual tooling and prepare presentation.\nGenerate CNC programs for tooling and part using CATIA V5 for 3 to 5 axis features.\nVerify the programs using Vericut if required\nSupport programs prove out and troubleshooting on the floor.\nSupport optimization of machining cycle time\nCoordinate with customer on workload and delivery plan.\nProvide status report on weekly basis.\n\nWhat will You Bring:\nExperience of machining complex Aerospace parts with Aluminum, Titanium and nickel-based alloys.\nCNC Programming using CATIA V5\nVericut verification\nBasic part modelling in CATIA\nUnderstanding of post processor and CNC 5 axis machine\nProve out skills on machines\nAbility to optimize the process through cutting tools, setup optimization, tool path optimization etc.\nAbility to generate probing cycles.\nAwareness on export control regulations.\nGood Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers closely\n6 to 10 years’ experience in CNC Programming\n\nPay Range: $45/hour - $52/hour\n\nCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
