The Implementation Strategist at Dutchie is the first real experience a new customer has with our platform — you own their onboarding, configuration, and early success across our full product suite: POS, E-Commerce, Loyalty & Marketing, Mobile App, and more.\nWhat You'll Do...\nOwn the onboarding and training of new dispensary customers launching on Dutchie\nGuide clients through configuration, best practices, and product fundamentals across all core products\nManage white-label mobile app submissions and releases through App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including handling rejections and suspensions\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical operators\nManage project timelines and customer records in Salesforce\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and CSM to get ahead of issues before they escalate\nSurface client feedback and trends to inform product development\nWhat You Bring...\n2+ years in a customer-facing technical role — SaaS implementation, POS, account management, or solutions engineering\nStrong communicator: clear, empathetic, and polished across phone, email, and video\nOrganized and adaptable — comfortable juggling multiple projects at different stages\nTechnically comfortable in developer portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase) without needing to write code\nQuick learner who picks up new platforms and industries fast\nTeam-oriented but fully capable of owning work independently\nAI Mindset: You aren't just using AI for emails.
