Program Manager

Overview Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to join their team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a passion for software development and Agile project management.Responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Management team to support various Software Engineering initiatives.Track and manage multiple tasks daily in a fast-paced environment, including: Maintaining project schedulesCreating, updating, and storing project templatesScheduling project-related client meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and driving next stepsProactively following up on outstanding tasks with both internal and external team membersMaintaining strong interpersonal relationships with peers and leadersDemonstrating a strong sense of urgency at all timesRequirements At least 2 years of professional experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologiesWorking directly with Scrum teams to ensure alignment and project trackingManaging budgets, balancing resources, and providing accurate timelinesAnalyzing burn-up and burn-down chartsUtilizing Microsoft Project, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Jira, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional enthusiasm, communication skills, engagement, and eagernessProactive attitude with a drive to seek out opportunities and continuously contributeLocation Hybrid work schedule in Duluth, GA office, required in-office presence three days a week.Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from SOLTECH3rd Party Candidates will NOT BE CONSIDEREDMust live in the Duluth, GA area.
