Trim Technician

Rapidly growing wholesale cannabis company, based in Southern Illinois, is looking for Trim Technicians to join our team. Ieso, LLC is regulated by the Illinois Department of Agriculture and Illinois State Police. Our highly competent Trim Team is the key to developing and cultivating the premium products that fuel our rapid growth. This role is full time and is eligible for a competitive benefits package including medical insurance, 401(k) and paid time off in the first year. Compensation: $16 an hour Schedule: Full Time: 8-hour shifts 5 days a week (6:30am-3:00pm). Responsibilities: Trimming, weighing and filling all flower related products De-budding plant material from dry rooms Tracking flower and finished products through Bio-Track software Cleaning all post-harvest areas (Drying closets, cure room, or trim area.) Performing any and all post-harvest related tasks Strictly adhering to all of our biosecurity protocols and State regulations Following all safety and personnel rules Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: MUST display a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, be a team player and have the ability to make ethical and rational decisions MUST present the capabilities to work well with multiple personality types and stressful situations Ability to observe, receive and obtain information from multiple sources Ability to categorize, estimate, recognize differences or similarities and detect changes in cannabis plants depending on circumstances or events Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust controls of equipment to ensure quality output Ability to see details at close range Possess ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift 50lbs or more at times, for up to 10 hours Dress and groom per company policy Maintain punctual and regular attendance per company policy Ability to maintain FOCUS on work duties as assigned Product experience and cannabis education is preferred, however not required Prior work history and references strongly encouraged MUST be 21 years or older and possess the ability to pass a criminal background check Ieso, LLC is committed to building a diverse workforce and strongly encourages candidates that are part of federally protected classes such as race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, physical or mental disability and veteran status, to apply.
