This role plays a critical part in scaling eCommerce operations as the business continues to grow and evolve.\r\nThis role reports to the Director of e-Commerce.\r\nMain Responsibilities\r\nSales, P&L & Performance\r\nAccountable for driving sales growth and delivering profitability across eCommerce operations in assigned stores.\r\nMonitors and improves key eCommerce performance metrics (MTM), including fill rate, order accuracy, on-time readiness, and customer satisfaction scores.\r\nIdentifies trends, gaps, and opportunities using performance data and translates insights into clear action plans.\r\nPartners with store leadership to ensure labor is aligned to demand and productivity expectations are met.\r\nOperational Execution & Standards\r\nEnsures consistent execution of company policies, SOPs, and eCommerce programs across all locations.\r\nConducts store visits to assess conditions, evaluate execution, and address opportunities in real time.\r\nDrives accountability for maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked eCommerce operations.\r\nPartners with SDs and DMs to reinforce expectations and improve consistency in execution of SOPs and business directives across stores.\r\nTraining, Coaching & Development\r\nProvides ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to eCommerce associates and leaders.\r\nSupports onboarding and skill development to improve team effectiveness and productivity.\r\nReinforces best practices that elevate the customer experience and operational efficiency.\r\nChange Management & Program Implementation\r\nLeads communication and training for new systems, processes, and business initiatives.\r\nLeads or supports pilot programs and new technology rollouts, ensuring strong adoption and execution.\r\nProvides feedback on pilots and initiatives to support continuous improvement and scalability.\r\nThird-Party & Revenue Channel Execution\r\nOversees execution and performance of third-party delivery platforms and revenue channels.\r\nEnsures alignment to company standards while maximizing sales opportunities and service levels.\r\nField Presence & Communication\r\nMaintains consistent presence in stores, providing recaps, insights, and clear action plans.\r\nCommunicates performance trends, wins, and opportunities to field and division leadership.\r\nBuilds strong partnerships across Operations, Merchandising, and Division teams.\r\nScope of Role\r\nSupports eCommerce operations across an assigned group of stores within the division\r\nPartners closely with Store Directors and District Managers\r\nWorks cross-functionally with Operations, Merchandising, and Division leadership\r\nFocused on execution, performance improvement, and team capability in the field\r\nWhat we are searching for\r\nStrong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into clear, actionable plans.\r\nProven ability to drive sales results while improving operational execution and customer experience.\r\nStrong coaching and influencing skills; able to lead without direct authority.\r\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.\r\nEffective communicator with the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.\r\nHighly organized with strong planning and follow-through.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.\r\nFinancial acumen with an understanding of sales, labor, and productivity drivers.\r\nCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a seamless experience.\r\nProficient with retail systems and analytical tools; comfortable learning and adopting new technology.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\r\nAble to maintain high levels of confidentiality.\r\nJob Requirements\r\nMid-level leadership role with responsibility for multi-store performance and execution.\r\nMinimum 2–5 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Store Director or equivalent salaried role preferred).\r\nBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nAbility to travel regularly within the assigned area.\r\nStrong understanding of retail operations and eCommerce fulfillment processes preferred.\r\nFull-time role with an in-office and in-field expectation of five days per week.\r\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.\r\nDisclaimer\r\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by associates assigned to this classification.
