Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.\nEssential Functions Manages the organization's portfolio of engineering projects through a team of Engineering Project Managers.\nDevelops and implements project management practices, processes, methodologies, and metrics.\nOversees engineering projects, identifies expected outcomes, establishes timelines, and assigns project staff.\nReviews reports detailing project status and presents updates to project stakeholders.\nEnsures projects are completed on time, within established quality standards, and in compliance with design specifications.\nLeads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.\nRequired Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience\nCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nPreferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree\nKnowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership Skills. Engineering Project Management. Project Management. Oral and Written Communication Skills.\nAnalytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.
