Corporate:Light & Wonder’s corporate team is comprised of incredible talent that works across the enterprise, defying boundaries to provide essential services in an extraordinary manner to ensure the success of the organization and the well-being of employees.Position SummaryAssists auditors in evaluating risk by performing internal audits & consulting projects to assess the Company’s control environment.Essential Job Functions: Help perform business process, information technology, and compliance audit & consulting procedures consisting of interviewing people, observing procedures, examining documentation, documenting business processes/data flows & controls, testing/validating controls, and utilizing computer programs to analyze dataApply facts obtained from audit procedures to identify control weaknesses and deviations from standardsOrganize, document, and maintain the results of audit work performed in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal AuditingEffectively communicate the audit results and opportunities identified to Internal Audit leadership through verbal and written communicationAdhere to department policies, procedures, and expectationsPerform related duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsEducation: Enrollment in a college degree program (preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, information systems/technology, or a related field)Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Demonstrated communication skills (including active listening, writing, presenting, and emotional intelligence)Demonstrated analytical skills and an inquisitive mind (including ability to ask curious questions and gather, compile, interpret & analyze data quickly)Detail oriented with demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to learn new computer programsBasic knowledge of IT systems, security basics, and a strong background in technology is a plusForeign language proficiency is a plusPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.Work Conditions:Light & Wonder and its affiliates (collectively, “L&W”) are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
