This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced measurement tools, interpret complex technical documents, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.\nResponsibilities\nConduct detailed dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to verify product conformity.\nInterpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documents to ensure accurate quality assessments.\nPerform quality audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001/AS 9100 REV D, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CMMC and other regulatory standards to maintain compliance.\nUtilize vision inspection systems and other advanced inspection technologies to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.\nCollect data systematically during inspections, analyze measurement results, and document findings accurately for traceability and reporting purposes.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and improve overall quality systems.\nSupport calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments like height gauges, GDMs (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and vision systems to ensure measurement accuracy.\nMaintain calibration records and perform annual calibrations audits.\nExperience\nProven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or aerospace sectors.\nStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical specifications.\nFamiliarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP.\nHands-on experience operating precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and vision inspection systems.\nKnowledge of quality management principles, data collection techniques, and analysis skills for continuous process improvement.\nAbility to perform dimensional measurements accurately using GD&T principles and basic math skills for precise evaluation.\nExcellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.\nJoin us in ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes!
