Payroll Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a large, multi-location workforce. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have deep payroll expertise, and enjoy working with data and systems, this could be a great fit.What You’ll DoProcess weekly payroll for 2,100+ salaried and hourly employees across multiple plantsGenerate and analyze payroll reports using Excel, ADP Workforce Now, and PaycomEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation of payroll dataHandle garnishments, terminations, tax notices, benefit changes, and related functionsCoordinate payments to benefit providers (health, retirement, etc.)Respond to inquiries from employees, plant teams, and leadershipOversee a Payroll Administrator and guide plant management on payroll processesMaintain audit readiness and support internal/external payroll auditsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of direct payroll experienceStrong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or PaycomExperience with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and payroll complianceHigh level of confidentiality and data security awarenessIntermediate Excel skills and strong analytical abilityExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
