We are the one-stop-shop for harsh environment connectivity solutions.\nOur 100,000 square foot facility in Manchester, New Hampshire houses state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and the highly skilled, dedicated engineering and manufacturing teams providing unparalleled expertise and support. Additionally our manufacturing center in Naples, FL houses a dedicated team providing a complete product offering of high performance wire and cable using both high and low temperature materials and custom designs to meet the most exacting requirements. As an experienced manufacturer we assure that all of our products are engineered and manufactured with the highest level of expertise.\nThis is an onsite role in Naples, FL operating on a 2nd shift schedule (1PM-9PM) and includes a 4% shift differential. This role operates in a manufacturing environment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform machine set up\nMeet all customer, in house, UL, CSA and mil specifications\nProcess orders according to customer due dates\nParticipate in scheduling the machine so it runs efficiently.\nPerforming operator PM’s every day to keep machines running at optimal levels\nComplete various documents.\nKeep a clean and safe working environment.\nAny other duties deemed necessary by Manager or Team Leader.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be able to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division\nMust be quality oriented with strong attention to detail\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:\nPrevious wire and cable experience preferred, similar experience considered\nLean and 5S training preferred\nAS9100 experience preferred\nLANGUAGE SKILLS:\nMust be able to read and write English\nMust be able to verbally communicate in English\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nNone Required\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nAble to stand for 8 hours\nAble to lift 40 pounds\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nMust be safety, quality, and service oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAble to work as part of a multi craft, cellular, operator led team.\nMust be able to work safely around moving materials and equipment.\nSteel toed shoes and safety glasses are required at all times\nHearing protection is required.\nFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law .\nWe are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
