Learning & Development Specialist

Our commitment lies in providing seamless and efficient lending solutions to our customers.We are seeking an innovative Learning and Development Specialist tofacilitate, design, and deliver educational programs for our rapidly growing sales team. You will work closely with the L&D team, and our sales leaders, to identify opportunities to take our sales team to the next level and recommend ways to increase productivity. If you are passionate about training, design, and sales, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to be a part of our team.What You’ll be Doing:Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.Design training curricula within time and budget constraints.Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)Train newly onboarded team members.Be the facilitator for the new hire class during training.Learn and stay up to date on industry trends and systems.Monitor sales objectives and results.Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. milestones and goals achieved)Maintain updated records of training material, curricula, and costs.Maintain company LMS.What You’ll Bring:Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a sales training environmentExperience in a sales position is a plus.Experience designing and implementing training programsAbility to manage the full training cycle, utilizing ILT and OLT platforms.Hands-on experience with e-learning platformsExcellent organizational skillsSuperior communication and presentation skillsPreferred skills and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with the LMS platform AbsorbStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of training programs.Why Work for Symple Lending: Dental Insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off A collaborative and innovative work environment.
