Test Technician

Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Test Technician for their Foster City, CA location.Responsibilities:Assist in the design of automated test fixtures and related softwareHelp build assemblies and perform validationPerform Failure Analysis and generate troubleshooting documentationCreate and review test instructions and provide inputs for refinement and improvements.Maintain test equipment, including calibration and lab toolsFollow written and verbal instructions to complete work assignmentsBuild test fixturesWrite & Create Test documentation is a key requirementCreate drawings & documentationAny industry background works – doesn't need to be auto industry candididate (medical device or computer assembly backgrounds work great).Looking for someone with electro-mechanical testSomeone with wiring/harnessing background would be good.Someone adaptable – can think on feetRequirements:AA or higher in electrical/electronic technology, or equivalent6-8 years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly/testExperience reading electrical schematics and/or engineering drawingsProficiency in Google SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skills.Experience assembling and repairing wiring harnessesExperience with EE lab equipment (Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, etc)Familiarity with the Linux command lineExperience in hardware testingExperience with rapid prototypingExperience reworking PCBAsAdvanced Linux command lineScripting experience, especially troubleshooting Python scriptsWhy Should You Apply?Excellent growth and advancement opportunitiesICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
