Chief Financial Officer

Prospera Executive has been retained on a search for a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity backed professional services business based in Dallas.The company is operating at approximately $100M in revenue and is entering its next phase of growth and value creation alongside an active and engaged sponsor.This is a hands-on CFO role for an experienced operator who is comfortable working in the detail while also acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.The RolePartner closely with the CEO and private equity sponsor to drive performance and value creationLead all aspects of finance, including FP&A, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingBuild and scale finance processes, systems, and team capabilities in a growing businessEstablish clear KPI frameworks and performance visibility across the organisationSupport strategic initiatives including M&A, integration, and operational improvementOperate effectively within a sponsor-backed environment, including regular board interactionCandidate ProfileProven CFO experience within a private equity–backed environmentExperience operating at ~$100M+ revenue scale (or similar)Hands-on, low-ego operator comfortable managing both strategic and day-to-day finance responsibilitiesStrong experience in cash flow management, working capital, and financial disciplineComfortable working with an active sponsor and navigating board dynamicsBackground in professional services, business services, or adjacent sectors preferred
