The supervisor works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and core values.\nSummary of Essential Job Functions\nTeam Management: Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation. Address conflicts and foster a productive workforce in compliance with procedures and policies.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and report findings to upper management for informed decision-making.\nCommunication & Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, customer service, marketing, and finance, to optimize operational efficiency and workload distribution.\nPayroll Administration: Review and verify employee payroll, manage overtime hours, vacation requests, and attendance adjustments before submitting for final approval.\nFacility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas in alignment with Operation Clean Sweep standards.\nQuality Assurance: Adhere to quality policies and procedures to minimize customer complaints and uphold product standards.\nSafety & Compliance: Oversee employee adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and documentation. Coordinate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to maintain a secure workplace.\nRequirements:\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n3+ years of warehouse experience.\nProficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams.\n2+ years of experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems.\nLeadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication.\nProven track record of maintaining high quality standards.\nAbility to stand for short durations.\nAbility to walk and climb stairs.\nAbility to work in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).\nAbility to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand.\nAbility to lift, push, kneel, carry, and reach with arms and hands.\nAbility to lift up to 55 lbs.\nDisclaimer\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
