This role plays a key function in supporting day-to-day business operations, cross-functional coordination, and process execution across health, life, and ancillary insurance products.The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, experience in insurance environments, and the ability to connect teams, systems, and processes to ensure smooth business performance.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands insurance workflows, and enjoys improving operational efficiency across multiple business areas.Key Responsibilities🤝 Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as a key liaison between departments such as Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and Customer Support📊 Process & Performance SupportAssist in tracking operational KPIs and business performance metricsSupport reporting and documentation of operational activitiesIdentify gaps in processes and recommend improvements🏥 Insurance Product Support (Health, Life & Ancillary)Support operational processes related to insurance product administrationAssist in coordination of product-related updates, changes, and implementationsEnsure proper execution of processes across multiple product linesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field, 5 years of experience may replace the degree requirement.3–6 years of experience in business operations, insurance support, or administrative management rolesExperience in health, life, or ancillary insurance productsStrong organizational and analytical skills
