Our goal is simple: to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures—enriching the lives of everyone we serve.We are currently hiring an experienced Event Marketer / Marketing Events Coordinator to work in the Kentwood, MI market.Job ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify local events and home shows within our assigned territoryNegotiate contracts with event vendorsPlan and book an annual calendar of shows and eventsRecruit, hire, and train Event DemonstratorsSchedule team members to staff eventsCoordinate booth setup and tear-down at shows and eventsEngage with attendees and set appointments for Free In-Home ConsultationsCollect and manage contest entriesFollow up with leads and schedule consultationsTrack, measure, and report event performance and resultsQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, outgoing, and energetic personalityExcellent planning and organizational abilitiesAbility to coach, train, and motivate a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 30 poundsMust be available to work weekendsCompensationWe offer an excellent compensation package that includes a base salary plus bonus opportunities.Powered by JazzHR
