We aim for being the first to do the right thing at the right time.Join the home for entrepreneurs!Your role in our teamInventoryYou will perform and reports cycle counts for designated areas to manage inventoryYou will reorder stock items as neededYou will pull and distribute inventoryYou will organize inventory area(s)You will organize detail list of purchased parts that need to be returned to vendorReceivingYou will compare parts for accuracy against items listed on shipping documents for incoming shipmentsYou will unpack, count, examine, and labels incoming goodsYou will inspect and reject damaged items and/or record short items or errors. Contacts shipper/ shipper/appropriate personnel to resolve issueYou will place and assign items received in proper bin location (whether for a specific job or raw material)You will utilize appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materialsYou will complete daily receiving entries in computer systemYou will help others track received purchased partsYou will complete custom clearance for shipping and receivingShippingYou will understand lead times associated with shipmentsYou will complete customs documentation for international shipments accuratelyYou will ensure items are dropped off/picked up at destination in a timely mannerYou will compare parts for accuracy against items listed on shipping orders for outgoing shipmentsYou will load/unload items from trucks as requiredYou will ensure appropriate shipping documents are provided for each shipmentYou will utilize appropriate packing materials to ensure safe transport of goods to delivery destinationYou will identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identifiedYou will coordinate with dispatchers to organize shipmentsYour profileYou have a High school diploma or GED equivalentyou have a forklift operation / certification preferredYou must have a valid driver’s license and a clear driving recordYou will exhibit great attention to detailYou will exhibit clear verbal and written communication skillsYou will display organizational skillsYou have the ability to operate forklift to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areasYou have a good working knowledge of part numbers and part usageYou have the Ability to use tape measure with accuracyYou use hand tools and power tools at a skillful levelYou read and understand prints for assembly of mechanical hardware/partsYou demonstrate basic computer literacy with common computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-OutlookYour working environment at KörberJoin Körber Pharma and you will work in an innovative, friendly and digital environment providing the opportunity to advance your career.
