Experience with other data visualization tools and proven experience building solutions with agentic AI is preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPower BI Development & Dashboard Delivery\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that support portfolio and product decision-making\nBuild and optimize DAX measures, calculated tables, and model relationships to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance across large, multi-source datasets\nTranslate business questions into clear requirements, metrics definitions, and user-friendly visualizations—balancing technical constraints with executive reporting needs\nImplement and enforce report/model standards (naming conventions, measure patterns, documentation) to improve maintainability and reduce reporting inconsistencies\nProactively identify risks and gaps in data quality, model design, and reporting logic, and drive remediation with upstream system owners\nDeliver executive-ready insights by designing intuitive experiences (navigation, tooltips, drill-through, bookmarks) that convert complex data into clear narratives.\nData Integration, Transformation & Modeling\n\nIntegrate and transform data from multiple upstream sources (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, SAP, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, SQL-based sources), ensuring consistency and reliability across reporting layers\nDevelop robust Power Query (M) transformations and dataflows, and configure gateways/refresh to meet business SLAs\nPerform performance tuning across models and reports (cardinality management, aggregation patterns, DAX optimization) and troubleshoot refresh or dataset failures\nEstablish and maintain metric definitions and calculation logic to ensure alignment across teams and reduce ambiguity\nPlatform Integration, Deployment & Solution Ownership\n\nOwn the end-to-end reliability of the reporting ecosystem, integrating data across Smartsheet, Jira, SAP, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, Power BI, and related platforms\nManage the Power BI delivery lifecycle (dev/test/prod practices, versioning, workspace and app management) and support governance including access controls and certified datasets where applicable\nPartner with platform and process owners to improve data quality at the source and ensure solutions remain scalable and aligned with the evolving product-centric operating model\nBuild and integrate agentic AI solutions to accelerate analytics workflows (e.g., automated data quality checks, narrative generation, insight triage, and self-service assistant experiences), with appropriate controls and monitoring\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n7+ years of experience developing enterprise BI/reporting solutions, with significant hands-on Power BI development, preferably in an Enterprise Technology organization\nAdvanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic/data modeling, calculated tables, and performance optimization across large datasets\nExperience with Power BI administration and delivery practices (workspaces, apps, refresh/gateways, access controls) as applicable\nStrong Power Query (M) and SQL skills, including data transformation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of data issues\nDemonstrated experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, SAP, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, SQL-based sources, custom solutions)\nProven experience working with imperfect or inconsistent data, identifying root causes, and improving data quality across upstream systems\nAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal direction\nSystems-level thinker with the ability to understand and optimize end-to-end data flows across multiple platforms and tools\nStrong judgment and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, visualization\nExperience operationalizing AI-assisted analytics or copilots (e.g., prompt/design patterns, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices) is a plus\nProven experience in agentic AI (designing and deploying agentic workflows using LLMs and tools to autonomously plan, execute, and validate analytics tasks) with an emphasis on security, reliability, and human-in-the-loop controls\nHands-on experience with Snowflake, including designing and optimizing cloud-based data warehouses, integrating Snowflake with Power BI and enterprise platforms through scalable ETL/ELT
