functional requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.\nCoordinate resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.\nParticipate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities based on development and operational considerations.\nParticipate in interface definition, design, and configuration changes throughout the system life cycle.\nAllocate real-time process budgets and error budgets to systems and subsystem components.\nDerive stakeholder needs and lower-level requirements ensuring completeness, correctness, uniqueness, clarity, realizability, and verifiability.\nGenerate alternative system concepts, physical architectures, and design solutions.\nEstablish and gain approval of system or component definitions providing common reference points for hardware and software developers.\nDefine methods, processes, and evaluation criteria for verification of systems, subsystems, and work products against requirements.\nDevelop system design solutions satisfying system requirements and functional analysis.\nDevelop derived requirements for Information Assurance Services and Security Mechanism Technology.\nReview and provide input to program and contract work breakdown structures, work packages, and integrated master plans.\nRequired Qualifications\nSeven (7) years' experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.\nFive (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\nProficient in analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive results.\nExperienced with JIRA for project management and Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nWilling and able to take on high-visibility tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledgeable in Agile development methodologies, focusing on
