The role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring clinicians, shaping clinical culture, and helping build the kind of practice clinicians actually want to work in.You’ll have the support of established operational infrastructure for billing, credentialing, HR, payroll, marketing, scheduling, and administrative operations, allowing you to focus primarily on clinical leadership, supervision, team development, and quality of care.This is not a solo practice ownership role. It is also not a high-volume therapy role.
