Sr Program Project Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Sr Program Project Manager who operates at the intersection of program delivery, project execution, and account growth. This role is not just about managing delivery— you will act as a strategic partner to clients, owning relationships, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring successful execution of complex AI Projects.Title : Sr Program Project ManagerLocation : Ridgewood, NJ (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end program delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and business goalsOversee multiple projects within programs—managing scope, timelines, budgets, and qualityBuild and manage strong client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executivesDevelop and manage detailed program plans including roadmaps, WBS, milestones, and resource allocation.Establish governance frameworks to manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and overall program health.Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunitiesPartner with sales teams on proposals, SOWs, and solutioning for new and existing clientsManage program financials including revenue forecasting, margins, and overall account healthLead cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environmentsDrive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and ensure continuous deliveryTrack program health through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reportingAct as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and client concernsQualifications & Skills:Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, and Account Management within IT services or consulting environments.Strong track record of managing and growing client accounts, including revenue ownership or contribution.Experience delivering complex programs in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or Application Development.Expertise in program governance, financial management, and multi-project execution.Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in fast-paced delivery environments.Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and reporting dashboards.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with executive leadership.Experience managing distributed global teams across multiple time zones.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align delivery outcomes with business growth.Ability to manage competing priorities, high-pressure scenarios, and complex engagements.CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PreferredAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist.
