We need someone who is not only a technical expert but also excels in a collaborative and dynamic environment.\nJob Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:\n\nFull-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using our core technologies: PHP, C#, Python, and JavaScript\nFront-End Integration: Collaborate closely with front-end developers to build seamless user experiences with Vue.js (2 and 3)\nDatabase Expertise: Take ownership of our data layer by assisting in the design and implementation of database solutions. You must be proficient in writing and optimising complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support application functionality.\nMaster Your Craft: Show pride in your work product, including our code, documentation, and requirements. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that is readable and maintainable.\nTeam Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. We encourage asking questions and providing constructive pushback to help us all learn.\nProactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying ways we can improve. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
