Community EMT

Position Overview The Community EMS Worker provides community-based health support services through in-home patient visits focused on chronic disease management, wellness checks, fall prevention, and home safety evaluations. Typical shifts include approximately 7-8 patient visits, as determined by Taunton Human Services leadership. This position is 8 hours/week (part time) on Mondays.
