This pivotal role is focused on building and scaling both paid and organic acquisition, with a strong emphasis on content, community, and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning the company into a leading platform in its industry, leveraging creative growth tactics, and a deep understanding of the target market. Key responsibilities include driving the overall growth strategy, leading organic social strategy, and identifying and executing creative growth tactics. The role demands a creative, scrappy, and highly execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role within an early-stage startup, with a strong expertise in both organic growth and paid acquisition. A deep understanding of content strategy and social platforms, particularly Instagram, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in building or scaling a content engine, be comfortable using AI tools, and have a background in operating or scaling consumer or prosumer apps. While not mandatory, experience in real estate or adjacent verticals, as well as existing relationships within real estate or agent communities, are considered advantageous.
