The Program Supervisor manages the functioning of service delivery teams, which provide a wide array of community-based youth and family support services.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n\nMonitors and controls the delivery of assigned program requirements in accordance with Agency standards and acceptable professional practices.\n\nMonitors and ensures that documentation and case records are developed and maintained in accordance with Agency and program standards.\n\nProvides supervision and performance management of program staff, if applicable.\n\nIn partnership with the Executive Director, develops, maintains, and assures implementation of on-the-job training and orientation of new staff.\n\nMonitors and controls the referral and intake process, maintaining high quality service delivery and good working relations within the community being served.\n\nImplements and maintains quality assurance systems and reporting programs related to clinical services and participates on Quality Improvement teams as assigned.\n\nProvides direct services as needed to ensure program and service delivery continuity.\n\nDevelops and maintains effective relationships with community agencies and stakeholders such as Social Services, Juvenile probations, Mental Health, and education.\n\nIf needed, provides on-call services for service delivery team.\n\nCompletes other duties as assigned.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nCompletion of a clinical program with a Masters’ or Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field of behavioral or medical science from an accredited educational institution.\n\nMust have verbal and writing skills in the English language, and the ability to write concise, informative professional reports and all assigned documentation in a timely manner.\n\nPOSITION/PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS\n\nMust possess a valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.\n\nMust be physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency’s Personnel Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations. Must be willing to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test, drug screening test and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s).\n\nMust be willing to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California.Must obtain First Aid Certification.
