This is an on-site role and requires a proactive leader capable of ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, adhering to U.S. accounting standards.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and bank covenants while managing tax filings and audits.\nDesign, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial reporting integrity.\nOversee and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize accounting processes through automation and system enhancements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans to meet company needs.\nPartner with operational and corporate teams on working capital forecasts and strategic financial planning.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners to support organizational goals.\nCoordinate with external accounting firms to ensure audits and tax filings are completed accurately and on time.\nProvide necessary financial data to the parent company for consolidation and reporting purposes.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation is strongly preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.\nExpertise in U.S. accounting standards and principles, particularly within the manufacturing industry.\nProficiency in advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in accounting platforms.\nStrong analytical and business acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.\nExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
