The Sales Team sells services that are focused on providing integrated solutions for colocation, enterprise, hyperscale, and government customers. This role will assist in document preparation, proposal management, scope review, and communication with customers on deal specific items.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nQuote/Proposal Preparation – full life cycle quote management when necessary\nFollow up on parts deliveries i.e. batteries, caps and other parts from OEM vendors, trade subcontractors and partners.\nCoordinate with CPG Operations and Service Teams on scheduling & shipments.\nSubmit Purchase Order requests to Accounting.\nCoordinate with Vendors to release orders and follow up on ship dates.\nInventory/Logistics Management – track purchased products and communicate with customer regarding their order status\nEnsure accurate and up to date information is entered into NetSuite.\nAttend kick off meetings to assist in smooth handoff of project from bid to execution if necessary.\nIdentify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue.\nUtilize NetSuite to track all open and closed opportunities.\nAccompany Outside Sales Representative in attending face-to-face meetings with customers.\nDeliver reporting for assigned Sales Representatives.\nComplete ISXs and Submittals for 3rd party vendors.\nComplete training courses assigned by Supervisor.\nMust be a US Citizen\n\nQUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\n\nEducation/Experience (Desired):\nBachelor‘s Degree\n1-2 years in a customer service/sales/relationship management role\nPrevious data center experience a plus\nPrevious experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus\n\nComputer Skills:\nMicrosoft office proficiency – Excel, Word, Power Point\n\nCertificates and Licenses:\nNo certificates or licenses required for this position.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNo supervisory responsibilities for this position.\n\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
