We do this through close relationships with our offices (or 'Clubs') so that our partners are always prioritised by a regional team close to them.\r\nThis unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014.\r\nJoin us\r\nHelp us fulfil our mission to close the world's digital skills gap.\r\nThe Product Developer plays a pivotal role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help the team grow in their roles.\r\nKey responsibilities\r\nComplete development and support handover of the overtime application, including user demos.\r\nSupport release and user engagement for recently completed applications.\r\nLead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.\r\nDevelop, enhance, and support internal applications.\r\nProvide run-mode support, including bug fixes and security patches.\r\nMentor and support junior engineers, particularly those new to Agile and React.\r\nPlan, scope, estimate, and schedule application development work.\r\nCoordinate releases with DevOps teams.\r\nDeliver stakeholder and user demos with technical input.\r\nProvide bi-weekly reporting and work closely with the team lead.\r\nWhat you'll bring to the table\r\nSenior-level software engineering experience with strong hands-on capability\r\nExperience mentoring and supporting junior developers\r\nStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development\r\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\r\nCloud development experience, particularly with Azure\r\nFrontend experience with React and TypeScript\r\nBackend experience with Node.js and Azure Functions\r\nExperience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)\r\nWorking knowledge of SQL databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL)\r\nExperience with authentication via Microsoft Entra\r\nComfort with DevOps tooling and scripting (Bash, ZSH, PowerShell)\r\nAI tooling familiarity is beneficial (e.g. GitHub Copilot)\r\nWhy join AND Digital?\r\nWe have three values: wonder, share, and delight.
