Project Manager
Overview
The Project Manager is one of the most important roles at Publicis Production, acting as the critical connection point between clients, agency partners, and internal teams. As a Project Manager, you will be the hub -- a trusted, respected, and critical asset to the entire team and process. You will contribute to content planning, development, business affairs and legal review, production, delivery, and optimization as part of a cross-functional project team.
Responsibilities
Manage the creation of advertising and marketing content across production phases
Maintain close communication and manage relationships with clients, other Publicis Groupe agencies, the Haleon studio, and third-party vendors to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
Create project timelines, keeping team and clients on track through all project phases for timely delivery
Ensure the quality of work and coordinate logistics of all project phases
Maintain proper resource management of a project or program to ensure productive teams and manage project burn
Develop and evolve project management workflows for maximum efficiencies
Assist in trafficking of final assets and coordinate campaign inputs into organized project plans and task lists
Proactively flag risks, blockers, or missing inputs to the project lead
Assist in coordinating the delivery of creative assets to ensure they meet platform specifications and brand guidelines
Coordinate with creative teams to develop assets that align with specific testing objectives
Organize creative sprints, including timelines, deliverables, and feedback collection
Track testing initiatives and maintain documentation of creative variations and test setups
Qualifications
At least 2 years as a project manager or related role at an agency or production company
Ability to assess production needs (understanding content production fundamentals, discipline expertise and craft expectations)
Excellent collaboration skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, with experience managing internal creative teams preferred
Strong problem-solving ability, demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect through sound critical-thinking skills and composure in stressful situations
Highly detailed and flexible to deliver the highest quality of work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills
Highly proficient with Office 365 software
Bachelor's degree preferred
Location & Commitments
Full-time role with a hybrid work model at our client office: 184 Liberty Corner Road, Warren, NJ
Compensation Range: $60,800 - $93,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
