This role supports weekly and off-cycle payroll processing, maintains accurate payroll and personal information in Workday, and partners with internal teams to resolve issues and support a positive and accurate payroll experience for team members.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support to team members by responding to payroll-related questions, researching pay discrepancies, and assisting employees with maintaining accurate payroll and personal information in Workday. Support weekly multi-state and Canadian payroll processing activities by performing assigned audits and reconciliations, processing on-demand and off-cycle paychecks, and ensuring payroll data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Information Technology, and Operations to coordinate payroll-related activities and address cross-functional issues that affect employee pay. Administer payroll-related compliance and transactions, including deductions, banking details, garnishments, and other statutory or court-ordered requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Contribute to payroll operational integrity by assisting with payroll reporting, payroll system testing, upgrades, training, process validations, compliance reviews, and by handling sensitive and confidential payroll and employee information in accordance with company policies.
