This position supports the decision-making framework for addressing several enterprise-level initiatives within CA/CST and ensuring that all work activities are performed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.\r\nThe tasks for this position include:\r\nImplement CST's SAFe governance model and in collaboration with government and, make amendments as necessary.\r\nProvide agile coaches/SMEs to support CST's SAFe Agile Release Trains (ART) and Program Increments.\r\nPromote CST's continued agile maturation through implementation of appropriate SAFe configurations and processes.\r\nDevelop reporting/Dashboarding capabilities to provide leadership with metrics and information on the status of CST's Program Increments and projects.\r\nProactively provide data-driven analysis to aid management decision making as directed by the GTM.\r\nCoordinate with CST Divisions to provide leadership briefings on the status of projects and other topics of interest.\r\nDevelop and provide SAFe training to CST stakeholders\r\nProvide framework for teams to monitor CA/CST Agile project activities for risks and provide and provide mitigation actions.\r\nMonitor CA/CST Agile project activities for improvement opportunities and provide expert insight into improving their effectiveness.\r\nEstablish standards, tools, reporting, and procedures for project management and Systems Development Life Cycle activities.
