Job Description Senior Digital Signal Processing Engineer Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30071 | Hybrid Remote : 3 days in the office per week Employees: 20 | Industry: Early-stage startup | Financial: Seed Round In addition to hybrid work, you also get every other Friday offAlso open to mid-level engineers (3+ years) Responsibilities: Developing and implementing algorithms for advanced radar systemsWorking with antennas, transmit and receive chains, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced radar image products/exploitationDesigning, developing, and analyzing radar systems and software architecturesDesigning, implementing, testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination, tracking systemsModeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metricsDeveloping unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithmsLeveraging tools such as IDL, MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithmsAnalyzing system level signal propagation, RF system performance, and requirements developmentCollaborating with mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership teamsRequirements: 5+ years of professional experience in radar signal processingHands-on experience with MATLABStrong analytical skills and a understanding of radar signal processing techniquesExperience with C++ is preferredBachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related technical fieldExperience with algorithm development, probability, and statisticsAbility to obtain a U.S. top secret clearanceBenefits: Competitive mental, dental, and vision plansUnlimited PTO401(k) with a 4% company matchA professional development stipendDesk setup stipendRelocation assistanceCompensation: $120K - $145K + Equity
