Take ownership to consistently coach best behaviors and partner with the safety team tomaintainup to date compliance training and adherence to our safety policies.Provide hands-on leadership to your team in meeting daily KPI's through effective planning, problem solving, prioritization, and execution.Establish andmaintaina cross-functional staffing and training plan for your team, provide regular feedback and coaching to your direct reports.Develop andmaintainemployee morale and motivation on your team throughtimelycommunication, team cohesiveness, and effective employee relations and coaching. Partner with leadership and HR to resolve employee relations issues.Implement LEAN manufacturing initiatives under the guidance of the Plant Manager in line with our overall plant improvement strategy.Working knowledge of mechanical aptitude of tools, machinery, and basic engineeringPerform administrative activities necessary for the effective management of your team, including administrating time and attendance, managing personnel and production schedules, compiling production data, analyzing trends, and completing reports.Responsible forassistingwith the monthly physical inventory asdesignatedby the Plant Manager.Develop understanding of the end-to-end production process in order to effectively manage daily operations, drive continuous improvement, develop and ensure standard operating practices, and provide overall guidance to your direct team.Carry out leadership responsibilitiesin accordance withcompany policies and applicable laws.Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, clients, and direct reports.Support continuous learning of self and others.Other duties as assigned by Plant Leadership.Regular and reliable attendance.Location2000 West Main Street,Washington,Missouri63090, United StatesAnticipated Pay Range$73,000-$91,000Pay Range DisclaimerPlease note that the compensation details listed reflect salary only, and do not include bonus or profit-sharing.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
