~ Heart’n Soul Hospice is the first Black-owned/Black-governed hospice agency in the history of Washington State ~: Certified Nursing Assistant: What You Must Have:: High School Diploma Preferred or GED Has successfully completed one of the following: Training program/competency eval as specified in §418.76(b)(c)of the Medicare regulations Competency eval program that meets §418.76(c) Nurse aide training/competency eval program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry State Licensure program that meets requirements of §418.76(b)(c) Licensure: CNA preferred Must have current driver's license Must have reliable transportation and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance At least one-year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long term care facility or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program EMR experience a plus Full Time Employee Benefits: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401k with up to 4% employer matching Tuition reimbursement Company car for qualifying individuals Mileage reimbursement Our Story/Mission: Heart’n Soul Hospice is the first Black-owned/Black-governed hospice agency in the history of Washington State.
