The WSA portfolio of technologies spans the full spectrum of hearing care, from distinct hearing brands and digital platforms to managed care, hearing centers and diagnostics locations.\nAbout the Opportunity:\nThis role exists to execute the full life-cycle software development process including designing, developing, programming, and maintaining customized software systems.\nWhat will you be doing?\nDesign, develop, modify and test software systems as assigned.\nParticipate in product planning sessions, retrospectives, standups and other agile ceremonies and processes.\nPartner with product management to identify and analyze business requirements and user needs.\nMonitor software functionality, document and troubleshoot anomalies and work to improve application performance.\nMentor and develop team members in necessary skills and technologies.\nContribute and improve overall Design, Architecture overall CI/CD pipeline.\nResearch new technical products and tools and technical fit.\nAutomate and execute all levels of testing (unit, integration, and regression) to deliver sprint goals as a team.\nCollaborate on architecture decisions and ensure best practices.\nWhat technical skills are we looking for?\nHands-on experience with:\nBack-end technologies: Node.js or Ruby on Rails\nFront-end frameworks: React/Redux, Angular, Vue.js.\nDatabases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).\nWriting unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.\nBest Practice Approach: Follow best practices (test-driven development, microservice architecture, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards\nKnowledge of:\nSOLID principles\nCloud Platforms: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.\nCI/CD frameworks and tools such as Github actions, Gitlab, Jenkins.\nBuilding APIS and Services separated by SPA frontends.
