Libertyville Vision - Eyecare Sales Associate Libertyville Vision is seeking an Eyecare Sales Associate to join our team in Libertyville, IL. This full-time position offers benefits and incentives. Our team of experts includes Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and LASIK surgeons dedicated to their specialties. This role supports the practice by ensuring unsurpassed patient experiences when selecting eyewear or other products. It supports establishing the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. Major duties and responsibilities include greeting all patients with a warm welcome, showing urgency in providing service to patients and satisfying their needs, exploring the needs and priorities of patients and linking to practice offerings, demonstrating superior product knowledge, anticipating problems, exploring underlying reasons for issues, striving to develop long-term solutions, operating the point-of-sale system, presenting, celebrating, and educating at product pick-up, taking pride in the appearance of the practice, securing all company assets, informing management of potential safety opportunities, adhering to attendance and daily timekeeping requirements, adhering to all company policies and procedures, selling on your feet 80%-100% of the time, consistently maintaining proper dress code, and performing other duties as assigned by Practice Manager or as business needs. Basic qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent, strong customer service skills, strong basic math skills, effective selling skills, familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications, embracing new technology and change, and being a strong communicator and listener. Preferred qualifications include eyecare experience and sales experience. Pay range: $16.07 - $22.48. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
