The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to successfully lead ERP implementations.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Project Manager will:\nProduce the schedules of work that reflect and track the delivery of products.\nMonitor the technical, cost and schedule performance of the project.\nLead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort.\nCoordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are being met.\nMonitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved.\nUse cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health.\nTroubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects.\nLead various project status, planning, and review meetings.\nQualifications and Skills:\nERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet.\nPMP Certification.\nBachelor’s degree required in technical or business management related field.\nFamiliar with ADKAR Change Management Model.\nEmotional Intelligence.\nAbility to utilize Project Management disciplines to estimate, coordinate and deliver committed project deliverables.\nMS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Project Server.\nCompany Overview:\nAlluvionic is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified solutions provider of project management, process improvement, product development, and cybersecurity services.
