We find the best way to do that is a hybrid office approach.\nFor the most part, developers take full ownership of product features/ new capabilities. That provides a true opportunity to build product that you're proud of, take control of decisions, and shape the way we solve problems. That flexibility is incredibly refreshing but it's not for everyone.\nIf you're looking for rigid structure and predictability in daily tasks, we're probably not the place for you.
