Our client’s Capital Markets team is seeking a Managing Associate with 4-5 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join our dynamic and innovative legal team. The successful candidate can be based in our San Francisco, New York, or Boston offices. This is a hybrid role.Our client’s Capital Markets Team focuses on capital raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector. They serve tech and life sciences companies, guiding them from IPO through operating as public company and beyond.
