(Managers must be available to cover any shift per business needs or in the event staff cannot cover).\nCommunicates job and performance expectations in addition to delegation of job duties.\nMaintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards along with quick service expectations.\nEscalate customer complaints to the District Manager to resolve quality and customer service complaints if you are not able to resolve the complaint.\nReporting: Invoicing, bills, deposits, Balance of daily Numbers-Overages and Shortages\nDaily, weekly, and monthly reporting and communication with District Manager.\nAvailable for on-call issues outside of normal scheduled shift hours.\nWorking a rotating schedule to see all employees for training and to improved customer experiences.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nCertified Food Protection Manager Certification (Can schedule and receive once hired)\n5 years customer service experience required.\n2 years of management experience required.\nExperience in JIT inventory management.\nAbility to lead a team.\nAvailability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, along with a rotating schedule to ensure all employees are properly trained and proving speed and a legendary experience to each customer.\nTraining and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.\nExceptional listening and communication skills.\nAbility to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.\nCommitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.\nWillingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to read and speak English proficiently.\nStrong ability to multi-task.\nStrong basic mathematical skills.\nAbility to problem solve quickly.\nAbility to follow directions.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for 8 hours or more per shift.\nRepetitive motions.\nAbility to bend, stoop or kneel as needed.\nMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.\nAbility to stand/walk for long periods of time.\nUse of hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking\nCleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.\nExposure to semi-loud noises due to proximity to operating roads, and drive thru lanes at stores along with equipment sounds.\n\nJob and Benefit Information:\n90-day probationary period.\n90-day probationary review to go over your performance.\nTwo-week training period at multiple locations.\nFull time position requiring 35 hours or more per week.\nYou will be required to attend occasional meetings at the corporate office.
