Integrity, Inspiration, Quality and Teamwork!\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Supervisor, Warehouse Operations is a hands-on, individual contributor role that requires strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. This position is solely responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, to support our growing customer base.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible to supervise and manage the planning and control of the functions supporting the complete cycle (flow) of materials and associated flow of information. These functions include shipping and receiving, inventory control, distribution, logistics and disposal.\nOversee the Warehouse Operations to ensure deliverables are met, as well as directly support, in the areas of:\nGoods receipt to the warehouse\nDocument Control and Data Entry\nInventory management (receive material and maintain organized stock)\nPicking and packing activities.\nInbound and departing shipments\nTool cage management\nSupport of testing, prototyping and other activities in the warehouse\nCoordinates with other teams testing and assembly activities.\nEnsures warehouse is always clean and safe, and equipment and supplies are maintained.\nProvide forklift training as needed.\n\nCompensation Range: 95,000-109,000 Annually\nThe posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequirements, Skills and Abilities:\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials management, operations, inventory control or logistics role.\nMust be certified to operate a forklift.\nAbility to develop and manage supplier relationships.\nMS Office proficiency\nAbility to interact and cooperate with all company employees\nExcellence in time management; attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.\nExcellence in communication (both verbal and written)\nExcellence in handling multiple tasks and works well under pressure, sense of both urgency and thoroughness.\nProfessional, positive, and energetic attitude.\nWill be required to perform other duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by the Company, to meet company needs.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nBEUMER is an innovative company, where every employee is part of the \"family\".
