Operations Training & Employee Development\nCoordinate employee progression through the Operator Development Program.\nMonitor daily training progress with supervisors, trainers, and employees.\nConduct routine engagement and morale check-ins with employees participating in training.\nAssist supervisors in preparing for meaningful coaching and development discussions.\nIdentify training obstacles and communicate opportunities for coaching and improvement.\nCoordinate operator certification activities and maintain training documentation.\nTrack employee development milestones and progression.\nAssist in identifying first-year retention risks and recommend proactive solutions.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to training, onboarding, and employee development.\n2. Employee Onboarding & Integration\nCoordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation.\nCoordinate first-day onboarding activities.\nConduct facility tours and departmental introductions.\nIntroduce employees to supervisors, trainers, mentors, and key company contacts.\nEnsure required onboarding documentation and first-day training activities are completed.\nServe as the primary Operations and Human Resources contact for employees during their first ninety (90) days of employment.\nConduct scheduled employee follow-up meetings throughout the onboarding period.\nAssist employees in navigating company resources and directing them to the appropriate departments when needed.\n3. Operations Coordination\nServe as the communication liaison between Operations and Human Resources regarding onboarding, training, and employee development.\nAssist with production documentation and administrative workflow.\nCoordinate training schedules and development activities with supervisors.\nAssist with special projects supporting operational efficiency and workforce development.\nSupport implementation of new training initiatives, certification programs, and standard work documentation.\nAssist with onboarding logistics and coordination between departments.\n4.
