The ideal candidate will collect and track corrective actions, and work with each functional area (QA, WH, Prod) to implement solutions to repetitive systemic issues by use of root cause analysis techniques. Create improvement plans using various methods, including man, methods, and machines and focus on testing, inspection, and in-process quality. Other responsibilities include:\nData entry for daily quality activities, ex. Patrolling report, IQC inspection, outbound inspection, spare part usage etc..\nAssist to develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and assembly/manufacturing of products, assist in process certification.\nAssist to design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.\nAssist to promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and daily, weekly, monthly reports.\nServe as the primary quality assurance resource to department management for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvements.\nSupport concurrent engineering (NPI) efforts by participating in design development recommendation projects representing quality assurance and the customer.\nAssist to develop, execute, and analyze quality-reporting measures.\nReport to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.\nParticipate in internal and external quality audits.\nInterface with the supplier(s) and customers quality representatives concerning problems with quality issues/concerns and assure that effective corrective action measures are implemented.\nPassion for Element Electronics’ mission.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nA BS/BA Degree in engineering, business administration or related discipline or equivalent education and/or related work experience.\n2 years of direct experience in the field will be a plus.\nChinese reading, listening, and speaking is plus\nEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive: A team member/leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical quality initiatives.\nExpertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.\nRelies on experience and good judgement to plan and accomplish goals.\nExcellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.\nSelf-reliant, good problem solver, and results oriented.\nDemonstrated leadership ability, confident, and an executive presence – ability to motivate staff.\nPossesses a high level of professional integrity, ethics, and an innate ability to take decisive action(s).\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION\nThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent in this position.
