{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"90695fd4c7ef051710f54dea","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/90695fd4c7ef051710f54dea","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/90695fd4c7ef051710f54dea","title":"Algorithm Engineer","description":"Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the training and fine-tuning of vertical large models and the exploration of related technologies (e.g., RAG, MCP, intelligent agent construction), and drive the R&D and iteration of vertical large models.Be responsible for the processing and analysis of digital signals (voiceprint, video, etc.), deeply understand the principle of signal generation, accurately judge whether there is an abnormality in signals, and make professional analysis reports.Undertake the compilation of various technical documents such as patents, papers and R&D reports.Be responsible for data processing in the algorithm R&D process, including data collection, cleaning, annotation and feature engineering, to ensure data quality and support the training and optimization of algorithm models.Conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of algorithm models, analyze problems of the models in practical applications, propose improvement plans, and continuously improve the stability and efficiency of the models.Maintain close communication with cross-departmental teams such as the platform team and equipment team, understand business scenarios and requirements, and transform those into specific algorithm implementation plans.Keep an eye on the development trends and best practices of algorithm technologies in the industry, actively introduce advanced technologies and methods, and improve the technical capabilities and R&D efficiency of the team.Be responsible for the deployment and implementation of algorithm models, assist in solving technical problems during the deployment process, and ensure the effective operation of algorithm models in the actual environment.Job RequirementsEducation and Major: Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Signal Processing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields is preferred.Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in algorithm R&D; experience in the implementation of projects related to vertical large models (e.g., industry-specific models, scenario-based intelligent agents) or digital signal processing (voiceprint/video analysis) is preferred.Key Technical Capabilities: Proficiency in fine-tuning technologies such as LoRA and Transformer architecture, with full-process R&D and iteration experience of vertical large models; familiarity with RAG/MCP/Agent technologies; mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow; solid theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning; technical foundation in digital signal processing, proficiency in feature extraction and anomaly detection of voiceprint/video signals; mastery of the full process of data collection, cleaning and annotation; skilled use of Pandas/NumPy/OpenCV; experience in massive data processing preferred; experience in algorithm deployment and implementation; familiarity with tools such as Docker or inference acceleration technologies; Ability to monitor model performance, locate problems and conduct optimization; proficiency in core Git operations; Ability to standardize GitHub reposity management; familiarity with collaboration processes such as PR/Issue; experience in contributing to open-source projects or leading repository management preferred.Comprehensive Capabilities: Excellent English reading and writing skills;
