We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our quickly growing ABA team, which provides one-on-one services to children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. Services are provided in the homes, communities, and daycares, where we use play-based interventions, while addressing behaviors as they naturally occur. The best part is that we are also helping the families learn and grow with their child. Clients' programs are all individualized to their needs and abilities. All BTs and RBTs are supervised in person by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who are there not only there to oversee the case but also to help you grow professionally.\nCurrent positions start out as part-time in late afternoon, and all have the opportunity to grow into full-time with flexible schedules over time. If you do not have the RBT certificate, do not worry, we will provide both the coursework and in-person training on a fast track to get you certified. You will also be compensated for your time during training.\nPosition Requirements:\nMust be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED\nCurrent and valid Registered Behavior Technician Credential, or willingness to pursue on a fast track\nBackground screening and clearance\nCurrent driver’s license and reliable transportation\nPosition Responsibilities\nProvide community and home-based services to individuals on the autism spectrum\nImplement individualized service plans and behavior support plans\nCollect data while working with the client on programs made specifially for them\nDocument progress on program and behavior goals, as well as daily documentation of service\nAssist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the plans, identify problems, and provide timely recommendations for a solution\nBring a positive and energetic attitude to the client’s environment\nParticipate in training and supervision from our certified and licensed staff members\nTeach through a more naturalistic and fun approach\nBe creative with play\nWork most independently in the homes and communities\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation 25.50-28.00$ an hour\nPaid drive time and mileage between clients\nPaid time off and Sick Time for all employees\nElectronic scheduling, billing, and data collection with a device provided\nPartnership with Mount St. Mary’s University for all employees\nProvide BCBA supervision hours from a well rounded, and experienced BCBAs\nHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K, and short-term/long-term disability once full-time\nLooking for a meaningful ABA experience with a company that is focused on our clients and our staff’s personal growth.
