Drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLearn how to drive Bendi forklift.\nHave a valid driver's license and learn how to drive a box truck.\nPull materials from warehouse and provide to production floor in a timely manner.\nKnow how to use a calculator to figure percentages.\nAble to lift 80+lbs on a consistent basis.\nFamiliar with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nUse weight and piece counting scales.\nAbility to meet timelines and prioritize job tasks.\nReads work order or follows verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.\nLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.\nConveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using handtruck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, or other device.\nLifts heavy objects by hand or using poser hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds, to assist machine operators.\nMoves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.\nPositions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area.\nUnloads and stacks material by rising and lowering lifting device.\nMay inventory materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed.\nMay weigh materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.\nMay lubricate truck, recharge batteries, fill fuel tank, or replace liquefied-gas tank.\nData entry of transactions on computer system.\nPut away all new freight.\nMust be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct threat to the individual or others.\nAssist in cycle counting of inventory as required.\nElevation Labs provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
