Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.\nBase pay range $40.00/hr - $48.00/hr\nDirect message the job poster from LeadStack Inc.\nSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist | End-to-End Recruitment | Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences/Medical Device/IT Job title: Electrical Engineer\nDuration: 12-month contract\nHybrid (required onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays)\nWill be supporting the Compliance Lead and shadowing them for the first few weeks.\nDescription:\nAs a key member of the Compliance team, you will support SCE’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and clean energy.\nYou will help ensure compliance with evolving standards and build partnerships across engineering, operations, and compliance teams.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the Compliance Lead in managing projects related to NERC Standards.\nMonitor daily reports to identify BES operations.\nCollaborate with SMEs to revise Work Control Procedures to maintain compliance.\nConduct data reconciliation activities to validate evidence.\nManage the Offline Transmission Register, including creating requests, leading stakeholder meetings, and uploading ratings to CAISO.\nSupport the development of quarterly dashboards for Compliance.\nAnalyze new regulations, perform gap assessments, and communicate impacts.\nContribute to initiatives like Self-Certification, Risk Ranking, and Controls Development.\nCoordinate and submit reports for UFLS and GMD events.\nRequired Skills/Attributes\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a scientific/technical/math field\nTwo or more years of engineering experience in operations, production, construction, or maintenance\nDesired Skills/Attributes\nExperience in electrical engineering, with substation or protection design\nUnderstanding of Protection Engineering philosophy\nKnowledge of NERC standards and compliance programs\nFamiliarity with regulatory codes and utility procedures\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nCollaboration, adaptability, problem-solving skills\nAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nCuriosity and willingness to learn\nEducation Requirement\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field\nMore info at https://leadstackinc.com/careers/\nQuestions?
