We value your experience, creativity, and ideas—and as a small, supportive team based in Pearland, TX, we offer competitive pay, true collaboration, and a diverse mix of projects that keep your work exciting and meaningful.\nResponsibilities\nConduct structural analysis, designing, and detailing of systems involving steel, concrete, masonry, and timber to support the design of retaining wall systems, building foundations, building steel frames, specialized wastewater concrete structures, and other structures\nConduct site visits and assessments to verify compliance with design specifications and standards.\nDevelop structural drawings for review, permitting, and construction submissions\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and innovative structural solutions.\nProvide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved\nAccount for project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges\nStay informed about industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure that designs remain current and in compliance.\nSupport business development by fostering and sustaining strong client relationships.\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university\nEIT and/or Texas State Professional Engineer (PE) license in structural engineering (strongly preferred)\nProficient in structural analysis and design software, such as REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Bluebeam\nProfessional work experience in developing blueprints and designs for proposed structures\nExperience developing schematics for structures in accordance with client specifications and safety standards\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nDemonstrated knowledge in STAAD.Pro or other structural analysis program is preferred\nKnowledge of construction materials and their applications preferred\n2+ years of experience in structural engineering preferred\nSolid work ethic and demonstration of professionalism\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nEffective communication and collaboration abilities\nA valid driver’s license\nMust be legally eligible to work in the United States.
